With meeting and banquet event areas, indoor and outdoor celebration space, and picturesque waterfront views, our venue is the perfect locale for your next wedding, conference, birthday party, or all-around celebration.

To view availability for your anticipated event date, please view the calendar listed below by clicking on the View Available Dates tab. If your date is available, go to the Download Rental Application tab to fill out the application and send it to rbmec@rbcra.com.

We are currently accepting applications for available weekday and weekend events.

Reservation Policy

Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance for events that do not require special event permit.
Events requiring a Special Event Permit must be reserved a minimum of 180 days in advance.
